What is your Return policy?
- Our products go through stringent quality control. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. We will be happy to replace the product with the exact same product.
- In case the size you ordered is not good for you, we are happy to exchange the product for a different size, in the same design and color. We request you to go through our SIZE CHART thoroughly before placing your order to avoid the hassle of return. However shipping cost for return and re-shipping will have to be borne by the customer. - Please note we do not accept returns for international orders. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at care@amishakotharilabel.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
- We do not accept returns for made-to-order items, accessories and discounted items unless it is a quality defect.
- Furthermore, all returns are subject to quality check at our end. Once the return is confirmed, you will be offered an exchange or refund as per the eligibility of your order. In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
- Please note we DO NOT have a “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” RETURN Policy. If and only if there is an error on our part, will we be able to exchange the goods for an item of similar or higher value. In case you are unable to make exchange selection right away, you can opt for an online credit coupon of returned merchandise value.
- An online credit coupon is a digital credit note which you can avail in lieu of merchandise return or exchange on www.amishakotharilabel.com. This coupon is valid for 90 days on a single purchase. Please apply this coupon at checkout to avail the discount. Please note the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon amount will be borne by you.
