SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are the shipping charges?
We offer  FREE SHIPPING on all orders in India.
For international orders, shipping charges will apply. The shipping charges will be displayed upon check out, based on your location. We use standard shipping companies like Fedex, DHL or similar for delivery. 

Can I change the shipping address of the order?
Shipping charges are applied based on your shipping location. So as far as possible we suggest you to be sure of your shipping address before placing your order. In case you still need to change your shipping address, please mail us at care@amishakotharilabel.com with your order details and request. We will try our best to help you. However please note shipping charges may apply based on the new shipping address. 

When will my order be delivered?
The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Delivery times for individual orders are displayed in the Additional information tab of each product page. Typically, we take around 7 to 10 business days to deliver an order. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY: In case the design you have ordered is ready in stock, we are more than happy to deliver it immediately. Please allow 5 – 7 working days for domestic deliveries. If not in stock,  delivery times can range between 2 to 4 weeks. The same will be intimated to you at the time of placing your order. 

INTERNATIONAL: 
In case the design you have ordered is ready in stock, we are more than happy to deliver it immediately. Please allow 7 – 10 working days for international deliveries. 
If not in stock delivery times can range between 2 to 4 weeks. The same will be intimated to you at the time of placing your order. 

I am based out of India and want to place an order for delivery in India. Can I do that?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to India by placing it from anywhere in the world . Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address upon check out.

Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?
No. You will need to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

What if I am not available when the order is delivered?
As a policy, our courier partners will always call you before delivery to check your availability. However, in case the order arrives when you are not available, it will be re-dispatched after your confirmation.
Our delivery partner will get in touch with you to reschedule your delivery. A maximum of three attempts will be made to deliver order at the given shipping address, failing which the order will be sent back to our warehouse facility in Mumbai. Our Customer Care Team will then get in touch with you to understand the issue and help find a solution. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply based on your shipping address

DUTIES & TAXES

Are there any duties and taxes applicable?
All of our orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Mumbai, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.  Amisha Kothari Label takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
